Cheryl Tabrett
It is with sadness, but trusting in the loving mercy of God, that the National Shrine of Saint Jude announces the death yesterday of Mrs Cheryl Tabrett. Cheryl had worked at the Shrine for a number of years, and gave so much of her time and experience to our pilgrims. In 2015, Cheryl retired to Wales with her husband.
Cheryl was not the first and only member of her family to work for the Carmelites in Faversham either - her mum, auntie, husband and daughter have all had a part to play. We will always be grateful to Cheryl and her family for everything she and they have done. We express our condolences to Cheryl's husband, Trevor, and her family and friends. We thank God for the great work Cheryl did for the Shrine and our charity. We ask you to join with us in praying for Cheryl, who remains tied to us in Christ by baptism. May Cheryl, and all the souls of the faithful departed, rest in peace. We will miss you.
